For anyone who's unaware, it was a comedy sketch that Rick Moranis used to do on, SNL and then he did it on loads of other stuff, where it was basically two drunk Canadians on a cable access show and they didn't have a theme tune so one of them would literally just do that with his mouth as the thing and it was great.
